Where is my package?
At the end of processing your order, the logistics department will forward an email with the delivery specifications to the email address used for the purchase.
If you have not yet received the shipping email, check your order from your user account, or you have received it, but there is some problem with the shipping, write to us, you can find our contact details on the "Contact us" page.
I have the wrong shipping address, what can I do?
Don't worry, we are here to help you! If the order has not yet been entrusted to the courier, write to one of our contacts, we will change the address with the one you provide us. If the order has already been entrusted to the courier, send us an email as soon as possible, we will provide the courier with the correct address to schedule the delivery.
I purchased for a company, how can I get an invoice?

If during the check-out phase you entered the company name of the company you are purchasing for, our customer service will contact you to issue the invoice.
If you still have to proceed with the purchase, fill out the form on the B2B page, our salespeople will contact you as soon as possible.

 
I received the order, but it is damaged, what can I do?
We are sorry that shipping had some problems, but don't worry! Contact us providing us with the order number and a photo demonstrating the damage. Our customer service will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
The courier attempted delivery, but I wasn't at home

If the delivery attempt was not successful, don't worry, the courier will try again the next working day.
